When people on the Left think they can finally start telling us what they really believe and get away with it, it is time to start worrying. Bill Clinton just announced the following:
"We just have to slow down our economy and cut back our greenhouse gas emissions 'cause we have to save the planet for our grandchildren."
Several months ago, a statement like this would have been impossible. In the past, people on the Left used to just lie to us and say that it would not harm our economy to buy into Al Gore's hysteria. Now, Bill Clinton thinks he can come out and just tell us that this nonsense is going to destroy our economies, and we will accept it. The truth is that this was their only goal all along.
The reality of the Global Warming lies, is that many people around the World, including those living in the United States, do not like the fact that America is a World economic power. They see America as the biggest threat in the World. They ignore the fact that the United States is the most prosperous nation in history for both rich and poor; but, all they see is inequality.
In the past, these same people advocated socialism. But when that failed, they kept trying to warn us of our impending doom, which would result from Capitalism. Finally, in the 1990s, Al Gore and other socialists decided that the best way to do this would be to concoct the notion that humans are causing what has been happening on Earth for billions of years: Climate Change.
Moreover, if we do not submit to a World Government to combat Climate Change, who can tax Countries like the United States that create prosperity, de facto socialism could be achievable. Even economically ignorant people like John McCain would go along with it.
This is a scary time folks. Nothing in history has ever been more disastrous when the Socialists come out of the woodwork and tell us what they really plan to do. Let's not be so naive to think that these people have our best interests at heart.
