In case you needed another reason to reject Barack Obama as a serious choice for the next President, you will likely rip your hair out if you learn how little he cares about the lives of the troops in Iraq. Would someone who cares about America or our brave soldiers do this:
According to Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Obama made his demand for delay a key theme of his discussions with Iraqi leaders in Baghdad in July.
"He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington," Zebari said in an interview.
That's right folks. Barack Obama tells the American people that the troops should get out of Iraq as soon as possible. He fights success tooth and nail. Yet, Barack Obama goes behind everyone's back and asks Iraqi leaders that the troops do not leave until he is elected. God forbid America declared victory in Iraq before November.
No person who puts his own election over the safety and security of this Country and our military should be President. End of story. Barack Obama is one of those dishonest people who cares little about the future of this great Nation.
Lastly, for those of you who think the economy should be the only issue: Barack Obama received $126,000 from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. He is the second largest recipient in the last decade. He received this money even considering he has only spent less than 150 working days in the Senate. Now that is an accomplishment.
