Here is a letter I received from Brad Peck of the United States Chamber of Congress. Basically, the Environmental Protection Agency is being used as a Trojan Horse for socialism. Read the letter below.
If you thought Lieberman/Warner/Boxer was bad, in an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking the EPA believes it can use the Clean Air Act to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from cars, trucks, planes, trains, boats, office buildings, refineries, pipelines, boilers, landfills, manufacturing plants, tractors, lawnmowers, motorcycles, schools, hospitals, breweries, bakeries, farms, and countless other sources, as well as dictate radical new standards for the design and operation of those sources.

From our warning: the “EPA acknowledges that the Clean Air Act is not the appropriate mechanism for regulation of greenhouse gases. However, its staff has pledged to continue down this path until and unless Congress steps in.”
